If a student withdraws from the program, refund policies apply according to the university's regulations:
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal confirmation.
- 50% of tuition fees are refunded if withdrawal occurs before mid-semester.
- No refund is granted after mid-semester unless due to medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.
