Fee Structure Overview

The total fee for the 4-year B.Tech Electrical Engineering program at TRINITY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND RESEARCH is ₹12,00,000. This includes all components of tuition and miscellaneous charges over the course duration.

Fee Components Breakdown

Each fee component serves a specific purpose in supporting the academic and residential experience of students:

Mess charges are fixed at ₹5,000 per semester and cover meals for 365 days. Rebate policies apply for students who opt for specific meal plans or during leave periods.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

We offer several financial aid options to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and 50% on hostel rent. No additional conditions required.
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and 25% on hostel rent with submission of income certificate.
• MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% concession on tuition fee and full waiver on medical fees.

Applications for these concessions must be submitted during the admission process along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and disability certificates where applicable.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day after the deadline. Refunds are processed upon withdrawal with proper documentation and adherence to university rules. Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least one month before the start of the semester for eligibility.
