Fee Component Details

Mess Advance: Covers meals for the entire semester. Students pay an advance amount that is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

Room Types

• Single Occupancy Room: ₹30,000 per semester for a private room with individual study space and access to common areas.
• Double Occupancy Room: ₹25,000 per semester for shared accommodation with two students in the same room.
• Triple Occupancy Room: ₹20,000 per semester for shared accommodation with three students in the same room.

Mess Billing System

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students pay an advance amount at the beginning of each month based on their meal plan. At the end of the month, the system calculates actual consumption and adjusts the bill accordingly. Rebates are available for students who do not consume all meals during the month.

Eligibility Criteria

Application Process

Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and Aadhaar cards. The financial aid committee reviews the applications and grants concessions based on merit and need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are to be made through online banking or NEFT transfer before the specified deadlines. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹1000 per month, subject to approval by the finance department.

Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the program, refunds are processed according to the university’s refund policy. Refunds are calculated based on the number of days attended and are credited to the student's account within 30 days after withdrawal formalities are completed.
