Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
Fees must be paid by the specified deadline each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1,000 per day beyond the due date.
Late Fee Calculation
- First Week: No late fee for up to one week past the due date.
- Second Week: INR 1,000 per day for the second week of delay.
- Third Week: INR 2,000 per day for the third week of delay.
- After Third Week: INR 3,000 per day beyond the third week.
Refund Rules Upon Withdrawal
- Before First Month: Full refund minus processing fee of INR 1,000.
- After First Month: Refund of 80% of total fees paid, minus processing fee of INR 1,000.
- After Half Year: Refund of 60% of total fees paid, minus processing fee of INR 1,000.
- After Full Academic Year: No refund will be issued for withdrawal after one academic year.
