Tuition Fee (INR 50,000)

  • Transfer Rebate: Full rebate for students transferring to another institution within India.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

A N A College provides various financial aid options to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

Scholarship Categories

  • SC/ST/PwD: 100% fee waiver for students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Persons with Disabilities.
  • EWS: 50% fee concession for Economically Weaker Section students from families earning below INR 8 lakhs per annum.
  • MCM: 25% fee concession for Merit-Cum-Means students who score above 80% in Class 12th and have family income between INR 3-8 lakhs per annum.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Income Slabs: For MCM category, the annual income of the parents/guardian must be between INR 3-8 lakhs.
  • Academic Performance: Minimum 70% aggregate marks in Class 12th or equivalent examination.
  • Reservation Status: Valid certificate issued by competent authority confirming caste/tribe/disability status.

Application Process

  1. Fill Application Form: Download and fill the application form from the official website or college office.
  2. Upload Documents: Attach scanned copies of Class 12th marksheet, income certificate, caste/tribe/disability certificate, and other supporting documents.
  3. Submit Application: Submit the completed application form along with documents to the designated authority.
  4. Review & Approval: The scholarship committee reviews applications and approves eligible candidates within 15 days.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

Fees must be paid by the specified deadline each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1,000 per day beyond the due date.

Late Fee Calculation

  • First Week: No late fee for up to one week past the due date.
  • Second Week: INR 1,000 per day for the second week of delay.
  • Third Week: INR 2,000 per day for the third week of delay.
  • After Third Week: INR 3,000 per day beyond the third week.

Refund Rules Upon Withdrawal

  • Before First Month: Full refund minus processing fee of INR 1,000.
  • After First Month: Refund of 80% of total fees paid, minus processing fee of INR 1,000.
  • After Half Year: Refund of 60% of total fees paid, minus processing fee of INR 1,000.
  • After Full Academic Year: No refund will be issued for withdrawal after one academic year.
