  • Medical Fees (INR 500): Covers basic healthcare services provided by the university's medical center, including consultations, diagnostics, and medication.
  • Gymkhana Fees (INR 1,000): Supports sports activities, gym access, and recreational facilities available to students on campus.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options to accommodate varying needs:

  • Single Rooms: Private accommodation for individual students with similar amenities as shared rooms but exclusive use of the space.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle, where students are billed according to their meal consumption. Rebate policies apply to students who do not utilize meals for certain days, with adjustments made accordingly. The university also provides special dietary options including vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals to cater to diverse preferences.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The university offers several financial assistance schemes to support deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible candidates with valid certificates issued by the government.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees for families with an annual income below INR 6 lakh.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on tuition fees for students belonging to minority communities recognized by the government.

Eligibility criteria for these schemes are reviewed annually, and applications must be submitted through the official portal. The application process includes uploading required documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and Aadhaar cards.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid online via net banking, debit/credit card, or NEFT transfer to the university's designated account. Late payments incur a penalty of 5% per month on outstanding dues.

If a student withdraws from the program before the commencement of the academic year, a refund of 90% of the total fees will be processed after deducting administrative charges and penalties.

For withdrawals during the academic year, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Before 30 days of semester start: Refund of 90% minus applicable charges.
  • Between 30-60 days: Refund of 70% minus applicable charges.
  • After 60 days: No refund is allowed.

The university also provides a grace period for payment due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to approval by the finance department. Students must submit a written request along with supporting documents for consideration.
