Financial assistance is available for students belonging to SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories. Eligibility criteria include:
Applications for fee waivers must be submitted with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The Institute evaluates applications based on established guidelines and provides timely decisions.
Students are required to make payments within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Payments can be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. A detailed payment schedule is shared at the beginning of each semester.
Late fee charges apply if payments are not completed on time. The current late fee rate is 5% per month on outstanding amounts. Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the Institute and subject to strict conditions outlined in the refund policy.
Students who withdraw before completing one semester are entitled to a proportional refund of tuition fees, while hostel charges and mess fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted with valid documentation and processed within 30 days of withdrawal.
