Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers instruction, access to academic resources, and administrative costs associated with the course. It includes regular lectures, laboratory sessions, and faculty mentorship.

Hostel Rent

Students living on campus are required to pay hostel rent, which varies based on room type and amenities. The university offers single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with shared facilities.

Mess Advance

A monthly advance payment is collected for meal charges, ensuring smooth operations of the mess facility. This amount covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a specific period.

Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but highly encouraged to maintain a supportive campus environment.

Medical Fees

Gymkhana Fees

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on hostel rent.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections get a 25% reduction in tuition fees.
• MCM (Meritorious Category of Migrant Communities): Merit-based scholarships are available for top-performing students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

All applications for fee concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents, including income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The selection committee reviews each case individually to ensure fair distribution of benefits.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking, debit card, or credit card through the official portal. A deadline is specified for each installment, and late payments attract additional charges.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for a refund after deducting applicable fees and penalties. The refund process follows a transparent timeline with clear guidelines to protect student interests.
