Detailed Fee Breakdown
Tuition Fee: This covers the cost of instruction, laboratory access, and academic resources. It is fixed for each semester and includes access to digital libraries, software licenses, and research tools.
Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges vary based on room type, with single, double, and triple occupancy options available. Hostels are equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.
Mess Advance: Students must pay an advance for meals during the semester, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards student welfare activities, including sports events, cultural programs, and community service initiatives.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the campus medical center, including consultations, vaccinations, and emergency care.
Gymkhana Fees: These fees support extracurricular activities such as sports clubs, fitness programs, and recreational facilities.
Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting semester exams, including question paper preparation, proctoring, and result processing.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Our hostel facilities offer comfortable living arrangements with a variety of room types to suit different preferences. Single occupancy rooms are available for Rs. 40,000 per semester, while double and triple occupancy options cost Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 20,000 respectively.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with students paying an advance of Rs. 20,000 at the beginning of each month. Meals are served in three sittings daily, and dietary restrictions can be accommodated upon request.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Several financial aid options are available to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees with partial reimbursement of hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and full reimbursement of hostel charges.
- MCM (Merit Cum Means): 25% waiver on tuition fees based on academic performance and family income.
Applications for scholarships must be submitted online with supporting documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The selection committee evaluates applications based on merit and financial need.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid by the specified deadline each semester to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day until the full amount is cleared.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal before the first month: 90% refund
- Withdrawal between the first and third month: 75% refund
- Withdrawal after the third month: No refund
Refunds are processed within 30 working days of withdrawal confirmation. Students must submit a formal application along with necessary documentation to initiate the refund process.
