- Double Occupancy: Shared room with two beds, common bathroom, and shared study area. Monthly rent: 10000 INR
- Triple Occupancy: Shared room for three students with common facilities. Monthly rent: 8000 INR

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe or Persons with Disabilities. Additional concessions are provided for economically weaker sections.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession for students from Economically Weaker Sections, subject to income verification and documentation.
