Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides multiple hostel options to accommodate students from diverse backgrounds. Room types vary in size and amenities, with shared and private accommodations available for both male and female students.

Room Types

  • Single Occupancy: Private room with attached bathroom and study space. Monthly rent: 15000 INR
  • Double Occupancy: Shared room with two beds, common bathroom, and shared study area. Monthly rent: 10000 INR
  • Triple Occupancy: Shared room for three students with common facilities. Monthly rent: 8000 INR

The mess system operates under strict hygiene protocols with daily menu planning, nutritional balance, and regular inspections. Meals are served in designated time slots to accommodate varying schedules of students.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

A range of financial aid options is available to support deserving students based on income criteria and other qualifying factors:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe or Persons with Disabilities. Additional concessions are provided for economically weaker sections.
  • EWS Category: 50% fee concession for students from Economically Weaker Sections, subject to income verification and documentation.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession for students from minority communities recognized by the government.

Eligibility for these benefits requires submission of relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, disability certificates, and other supporting evidence. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee based on merit and need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made through designated channels including online banking, NEFT/RTGS transfers, and UPI systems. Late payments incur a penalty of 100 INR per day until full payment is received.

  • Second Installment: Due by 15th January each year

In case of withdrawal or discontinuation, refunds are processed according to the university's refund policy, which specifies deductions for administrative costs and facility usage fees. Refunds are credited within 30 working days after formal application submission.
