Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides comfortable accommodation options for students, with varying room types to suit different preferences and budgets.
Single occupancy rooms cost Rs. 40,000 per semester, while double or triple occupancy rooms are priced at Rs. 35,000 and Rs. 30,000 respectively. Each room includes basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with charges varying based on the number of meals consumed. Students receive meal cards for tracking consumption and can opt for different dietary plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special diets.
Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or during specific periods such as internships or research projects. These rebates are calculated based on actual usage and submitted through the university portal.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid options to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
For SC/ST/PwD categories, fee waivers are available based on income slabs. Students earning less than Rs. 2 lakh annually qualify for full or partial fee waivers depending on their family income and other factors.
EWS category students with an annual income below Rs. 4 lakh are eligible for concessional fees and scholarships. The university also provides merit-based scholarships for top-performing students in each semester.
Additionally, MCM (Minority Community Members) students receive special consideration under government schemes, ensuring equitable access to education regardless of economic status.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online modes such as NEFT, RTGS, or debit/credit cards. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applicable for overdue payments.
If a student withdraws from the program before completing the academic year, the refund policy applies. A deduction of 10% is made for administrative expenses, and the remaining amount is refunded after processing.
Students can apply for refunds through the official university portal by submitting required documents and justifying their withdrawal reasons. The refund process typically takes 30-45 days to complete once all formalities are cleared.
