Tuition Fee: Covers academic instruction, laboratory access, library resources, and digital learning materials. The fee is adjusted annually based on inflation rates and institutional needs.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted dormitories with shared amenities such as common rooms, study halls, and recreational facilities.

Mess Advance: Covers food expenses for the semester. Students are required to pay this advance amount at the beginning of each semester.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards student welfare initiatives, including emergency assistance, cultural activities, and sports programs.

Medical Fees: Provides access to on-campus medical services and health checkups for students and their dependents.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports physical fitness programs, sports competitions, and recreational activities organized by the student union.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end exams and assessments.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various hostel options to accommodate students from different backgrounds. Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy types, with differing rent charges based on amenities and location.

Room Types:

  • Single Occupancy Room: ₹25000 per semester (includes Wi-Fi, AC, and study table)
  • Double Occupancy Room: ₹18000 per semester (shared with one roommate)
  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹15000 per semester (shared with two roommates)
  • Quad Occupancy Room: ₹12000 per semester (shared with three roommates)

The mess billing system is straightforward and flexible. Students can choose between standard meals, premium meal plans, or custom arrangements based on dietary preferences. Monthly bills are generated and collected through an online portal.

Rebate policies apply to students who stay home during holidays or take leaves for medical reasons. These rebates are calculated proportionally based on the duration of absence from hostel accommodation.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university recognizes the importance of financial support for meritorious and economically disadvantaged students. Various waiver schemes and scholarship programs are available to reduce the burden of education costs.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive full fee waivers subject to verification of caste certificates and income proofs.
  • EWS Category: Eligible students receive partial concessions ranging from 25% to 50% based on household income and assets.
  • MCM (Minority Community Merit): Merit-based scholarships are awarded to students who excel academically while belonging to minority communities, with a maximum benefit of 100% waiver.

Applications for fee concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The university reviews applications quarterly, ensuring timely processing and disbursement of benefits.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through designated payment gateways or bank transfers before the specified deadline to avoid late fees and penalties. Late payments attract a nominal interest charge calculated at 1% per month on outstanding balances.

Students can make installment payments for tuition fees, subject to approval by the finance department. Refunds are processed only after verification of eligibility criteria and submission of required documentation.

In case of withdrawal or discontinuation of studies, refund policies are applied as follows:

  • Before 30 Days of Admission: Full refund minus administrative charges
  • Between 31-60 Days of Admission: 75% refund minus administrative charges
  • After 60 Days of Admission: 50% refund minus administrative charges

Refunds are credited to the student's bank account within 30 working days after receipt of all necessary documents. Any discrepancies in payment or refund can be addressed through the finance office or online portal.
