Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to classroom instruction, library resources, laboratory facilities, and administrative services. It is payable per semester and includes all course-related activities, including assignments, seminars, and assessments.

Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided for students residing off-campus. There are different room types available: single occupancy rooms (Rs. 35,000/semester), double occupancy rooms (Rs. 28,000/semester), and triple occupancy rooms (Rs. 21,000/semester). All rooms come with basic amenities including bed, study table, chair, wardrobe, and internet connectivity.

Mess Advance: The mess advance is a one-time payment made at the beginning of each semester to cover meals for the entire term. Students are billed monthly based on actual consumption. Refunds are processed if students leave before the end of the semester or fail to consume all allocated meals.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships due to medical emergencies, family crises, or other unforeseen circumstances. Contributions are optional and collected annually from all students.

Medical Fees: Medical fees cover access to the university’s health center, emergency care, and basic medications. Students can register for medical insurance at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per semester.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees support recreational activities and sports facilities on campus. They include access to gymnasiums, swimming pools, and sports grounds. Students are encouraged to participate in various sports tournaments and fitness programs.

Examination Fees: Examination fees cover the cost of conducting end-of-semester tests, internal assessments, and final exams. These fees are mandatory for all students regardless of whether they appear in exams or not.

The university offers several fee waiver and concession schemes to support financially disadvantaged students. Eligibility criteria include:

  • SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% waiver on tuition fees and 50% rebate on hostel charges.
  • EWS Students: 50% waiver on tuition fees and 30% rebate on hostel charges.
  • MCM Students (Minority Community Members): 30% waiver on tuition fees and 20% rebate on hostel charges.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The application process is reviewed by the university’s financial aid committee, which evaluates each case based on individual circumstances.

For students requiring additional financial assistance, scholarships are available through government schemes like Merit-cum-Means Scholarship and National Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS). These scholarships cover partial or full tuition fees depending on income levels and academic performance.

Payment procedures are straightforward and can be completed online via the university’s portal. Students must ensure timely payment to avoid late fees or suspension of enrollment. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day, capped at 10% of the total amount due.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Withdrawal within 7 days: Full refund minus administrative charges of Rs. 2000.
  • Withdrawal between 8-30 days: Refund of 80% after deducting Rs. 2000.
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund unless exceptional circumstances apply.

The refund is processed within 45 working days of receipt of the withdrawal request and must be transferred to the student’s bank account. Students who have availed scholarships or loans are advised to consult their respective institutions for recovery procedures before initiating withdrawal.
