- Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester
Mess billing is done monthly, with an advance payment required at the beginning of each semester. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or face financial hardships.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer various fee waivers and concessions based on income slabs and categories:
- SC/ST/PwD (General): 50% waiver on tuition fees
- EWS: 25% waiver on tuition fees
- MCM: 100% waiver on tuition fees
Eligibility criteria include proof of income, category certificates, and academic performance. Applications for these benefits must be submitted along with required documents to the finance department.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
The payment deadline for each semester is set before the start of classes. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
If a student withdraws from the university, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges
- Withdrawal beyond 30 days: No refund is provided
