Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

Fee waivers and concessions are available for students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories, EWS, and MCM (Minority Community Members). Eligibility criteria include income slabs and academic performance. Applications must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documents.

The income slab for fee waivers varies by category:

• SC/ST/PwD: Income up to 4 lakh per annum
• EWS: Income between 4-6 lakh per annum
• MCM: Income up to 4 lakh per annum

Students meeting the criteria are eligible for partial or full fee waivers based on their category and financial status. Additionally, merit-based scholarships are awarded to top-performing students in each semester.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment procedures require students to complete transactions online via net banking or UPI. Late fees are charged if payments are not made before the deadline. The standard late fee is 500 INR per day, applicable only after the due date.

The refund policy applies in case of withdrawal from the program, subject to specific conditions and timelines. Refunds are processed within 60 days of application submission, provided all dues are cleared.

Students who withdraw before completing a semester may receive prorated refunds based on the number of months attended. The university ensures that refund processes are transparent and hassle-free for eligible students.
