  • Double Sharing Room: ₹40,000 per semester
  • Triple Sharing Room: ₹45,000 per semester

The mess system is designed to provide nutritious and hygienic meals. Students are charged a fixed advance amount for meals, which is adjusted at the end of each semester based on actual consumption.

Mess Billing System:

  • Students pay an advance of ₹30,000 per semester
  • Billing is done monthly based on meal consumption
  • Refunds are processed for unused portions at the end of the semester

Rebate Policies:

  • Students can apply for rebates in case of medical emergencies or extended absences
  • Rebates are granted based on documentation and approval from the hostel administration

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college provides various financial aid options to support deserving students. The following categories are eligible for fee concessions:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees
  • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees
  • MCM (Minority Community): 25% waiver on tuition fees

Income Slabs for Scholarships:

  • Below ₹3 lakh per annum: Full scholarship
  • ₹3-6 lakh per annum: 50% scholarship
  • ₹6-10 lakh per annum: 25% scholarship

The application process involves submitting a filled application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines:

  • Fees must be paid before the start of each semester
  • Late payment incurs a penalty of ₹1000 per day

Refund Policy:

  • Students can apply for refunds in case of withdrawal from the program
  • Refunds are processed after verification and deduction of applicable fees
  • Refunds are credited to the student's bank account within 30 working days
