Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers well-furnished hostels with modern amenities designed to ensure a comfortable living experience for students. Hostel rooms come in different configurations including single, double, and triple occupancy options.

Mess charges are collected as an advance at the beginning of each semester and are adjusted based on actual consumption. The mess offers a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals along with healthy snacks and beverages.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university recognizes the financial constraints faced by many students and offers several financial aid options to support their academic journey:
- SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for a 50% waiver on tuition fees along with full waiver on hostel charges.
- EWS Category Students: Receive a 25% reduction in tuition fees and partial waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrants): Benefited by a 10% discount on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges.
Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The university reviews these applications annually and grants approvals based on verified information.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students can make payments through various modes including online banking, credit/debit cards, UPI, and NEFT/RTGS transfers. Payment deadlines are clearly communicated to ensure timely processing of admissions and semester registrations.
Late fee charges apply for delayed payments beyond the specified deadline. For instance, a late fee of ₹500 per day is levied on outstanding balances exceeding 7 days past the due date.
In case of withdrawal or discontinuation of studies, students are entitled to refunds according to the following policy:
- Full refund is granted if the student withdraws before the commencement of the academic session.
- Refund of tuition fees is available after deduction of administrative charges and hostel charges up to the date of withdrawal.
- Mess advance and other service fees are adjusted based on actual usage or refundable portion as per policy guidelines.
