The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students receive a monthly invoice detailing their food expenses and adjustments made from the initial advance payment. Rebate policies are applied for students who stay away during weekends or holidays.

- Withdrawal before the start of the semester results in a full refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal within the first month incurs a 10% penalty on tuition fees.
- Withdrawal after one month but before mid-semester leads to a 25% penalty.
- No refunds are granted after mid-semester unless due to university-approved reasons such as transfer or health issues.
