- Mess Advance: Prepaid amount towards monthly meal expenses. Adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facilities are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy options. Each room includes essential furniture, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connectivity, and 24-hour security.
Mess charges are collected as an advance payment and adjusted monthly based on actual consumption. Meals are served in a hygienic environment with diverse menu options catering to different dietary preferences including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special diets for students with allergies or religious restrictions.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute offers various financial assistance programs for deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% concession on tuition fees.
- EWS Category: A 50% concession on tuition fees is provided to students from economically weaker sections.
- MCM (Maiden Child Migration): Students migrating from other states receive a partial fee waiver based on documentation.
Eligibility criteria are determined based on income slabs and supporting documents submitted during the application process. Applications for fee waivers must be filed before the commencement of the academic year.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid online via net banking or debit/credit card transactions. Late payments attract a penalty of 5% per month on outstanding amounts.
In case of withdrawal, refund policies are as follows:
- Before Academic Start: Full refund is processed within 15 working days.
- After Academic Start (within 30 days): Refund of 80% of total fees after deducting processing charges.
- After 30 Days: No refund will be processed unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by the administration.
