The total annual fee for the program is approximately INR 360,000. This includes all components necessary for a student's academic journey, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience throughout their studies.

Each component of the fee structure has been carefully designed to reflect the university’s commitment to quality education and holistic development. The tuition fee covers access to world-class faculty, state-of-the-art laboratories, library resources, and digital tools essential for learning.

The hostel rent is inclusive of basic amenities such as furniture, Wi-Fi connectivity, electricity, water supply, and security services. Students can choose between single or shared rooms based on availability and preference. The university provides a comfortable living environment conducive to academic success and personal growth.

The mess advance includes meals for the entire semester, with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. The billing system is transparent and updated regularly, allowing students to track their consumption and manage expenses efficiently. Rebates are available for students who opt out of certain meal plans or meet specific criteria.

Financial aid and scholarships are offered to deserving students based on merit and need. The university provides various forms of support including full or partial fee waivers, tuition discounts, and monetary assistance through its scholarship programs.

Eligibility criteria for fee concessions include:

• SC/ST/PwD: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories with income below INR 3 lakhs per annum.
• EWS: Partial fee concession for students from economically weaker sections with income between INR 3-6 lakhs per annum.
• MCM (Minority Community Members): Financial support for students from minority communities with income below INR 4 lakhs per annum.

Applications for fee waivers and concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The university reviews these applications thoroughly and disburses benefits accordingly.

Payment procedures are straightforward and accessible online through the university portal. Students can make payments using credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI transfers. Deadlines for payment are strictly enforced to avoid late fees and penalties.

The refund policy is clearly defined for students who withdraw from the program or face unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal, subject to deductions for administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
