Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel accommodation is available in multiple room types:
- Single Occupancy Room: INR 20,000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: INR 18,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 16,000 per semester
The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle, with an advance payment required at the beginning of each month. Rebate policies are available for students who meet certain attendance or academic performance criteria.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Several financial aid options are available to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee with partial rebate on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full rebate on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fee and full rebate on hostel charges.
Eligibility for these concessions is determined based on income slabs and category certification documents submitted during the admission process.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments must be made through online transfer or NEFT/RTGS to the official bank account of APEX INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH. Late payments incur a penalty fee of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline.
The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the program:
- Withdrawal before 30 days: Full refund minus administrative charges of INR 2000
- Withdrawal after 30 days but before 60 days: Refund of 75% of paid fees minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund is allowed unless the reason is deemed valid by the institute authorities
