Fee Components Explanation
Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, access to digital resources, and administrative support. It is paid annually in two installments.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus dormitories with basic amenities such as bed, desk, chair, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Mess Advance: Paid at the beginning of each semester to cover food expenses. Refundable upon completion of the academic year.
Student Benevolent Fund: A contribution towards welfare activities for students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services and health check-ups provided by the college's on-campus health center.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel charges vary based on room type and amenities. Single occupancy rooms cost ₹1,20,000 per semester, while double occupancy rooms are priced at ₹80,000. Additional facilities like study halls, Wi-Fi access, and 24/7 security are included in the rent.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis with pre-paid options available for convenience. Students receive meal vouchers that can be used at various campus dining outlets. Rebate policies apply to students who leave campus during weekends or holidays.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial aid is available for SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories based on income slabs and family background. Eligibility criteria include annual household income below ₹4 lakhs for general category students and ₹2 lakhs for reserved category students.
Scholarship benefits include full tuition waiver, monthly stipend, and hostel accommodation assistance. Applications are submitted through the online portal with required documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000 per month beyond the due date. Refunds are processed within 30 days after withdrawal or completion of studies.
