Tuition Fee: This covers the cost of instruction, laboratory facilities, and administrative support for the entire program. It is divided into eight semesters to ensure manageable payment installments.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation fees vary based on room type and amenities. Students can choose between single, double, triple, or quad occupancy rooms with varying rates.

Mess Advance: This is a prepayment for meals during the semester. The amount varies depending on the mess capacity and meal plan chosen by the student.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution that supports students in financial distress, emergency situations, and campus development initiatives.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided within the campus hospital or affiliated medical centers.

Gymkhana Fees: This fee supports extracurricular activities including sports, cultural events, and student clubs.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting exams, grading, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Hostel accommodations are categorized into different room types:

• Single Occupancy Room: ₹15000/month
• Double Occupancy Room: ₹8000/month
• Triple Occupancy Room: ₹6000/month
• Quad Occupancy Room: ₹4000/month

Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals per day and the type of mess selected. Students can opt for standard or premium mess plans with different pricing tiers.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

ARIHANT COLLEGE offers various financial aid options to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% discount on hostel rent.
• EWS Category: A 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 25% discount on hostel rent.
• MCM (Mother of Child with Medical Condition): Full waiver on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel rent.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs, family size, and documented disabilities. Applications must be submitted during the admission process or within the first semester.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online portals or bank transfers. Students must adhere to strict deadlines for fee payments to avoid late fees and penalties.

Late fees are calculated at 2% per month on unpaid amounts. Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the institution, subject to a deduction of administrative charges and pending dues.
