Application Process

Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee, which evaluates eligibility based on specified criteria.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The payment of fees is managed through an online portal that ensures secure transactions and real-time updates. Students can make payments using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or UPI.

Payment Deadlines

Fees must be paid before the commencement of each semester to avoid late penalties. The deadline for fee payment is typically one week after the start of the semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day until full payment is received.

Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the university, a refund of fees is processed based on the number of semesters completed. The refund policy states that 70% of the fees are refunded if the student leaves after completing less than half of the semester, while 50% is refunded if they leave after completing more than half of the semester.

Special Considerations

Students who face financial difficulties due to unforeseen circumstances can apply for installment plans or deferment of fees. The university provides flexible arrangements to ensure that no student is denied education due to financial constraints.
