Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Withdrawal before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus processing charges
  • Withdrawal after 15 days but before 30 days: Refund of 80% minus processing charges
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after the withdrawal application is approved. Students must submit all required documents including original fee receipts and a letter of withdrawal.
