Fee Components Explained

Hostel & Mess Charges
Students have a choice between single or double occupancy rooms in the hostel. The mess billing system is based on monthly consumption, with an advance payment required at the beginning of each month. Rebate policies are available for students who do not use certain services.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial aid is available through several schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees with partial concession on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% concession on tuition fees.
Applications for financial aid must be submitted online, along with supporting documents such as income certificates and caste or disability certificates. The process is reviewed by a dedicated committee to ensure fairness and transparency.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students must complete payment by the specified deadline each semester. Late payments incur a fixed late fee of 1000 INR per month. Refunds are processed only in cases of withdrawal from the university, subject to certain conditions and timelines. The refund policy ensures that students receive their money back within 30 days of submission of all required documents.
