Hostel & Mess Charges

• Single Occupancy Room: ₹20,000 per semester (includes AC, internet, and utilities).
• Double Occupancy Room: ₹15,000 per semester (includes basic amenities and shared facilities).
• Triple Occupancy Room: ₹12,000 per semester (shared common spaces and minimal utilities).

Mess Billing System

The mess billing system is designed to be transparent and fair. Students pay a fixed advance amount for meals during the first month, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Rebate Policies

Students who do not consume meals regularly may be eligible for rebates. The rebate is calculated as 10% per missed meal, subject to approval by hostel authorities.

Scholarship Application Process

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The university accepts payments through multiple channels including online banking, NEFT, demand draft, and credit/debit cards. Late payment attracts a penalty of ₹1000 per day beyond the due date.

Refund Policy

• Withdrawal Before Academic Year Begins: Full refund minus processing charges (₹1000).
• Withdrawal During Academic Year: Refund after deduction of tuition fees for the completed semester and administrative costs.
