Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides various financial aid options to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees along with partial waivers on hostel charges.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections get up to 50% discount on tuition and full waiver on hostel charges.
• MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit): Those scoring above 95% in 12th grade receive a 50% reduction in fees for two years.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid within the specified deadline to avoid late penalties. Students can make payments online via net banking or debit/credit cards. A nominal late fee is applicable if payments are made beyond the due date.

In case of withdrawal, the refund policy applies as per university guidelines. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues. The refund process typically takes 30-45 working days to complete.
