There are different room types available:
- Single Occupancy Room: ₹45000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: ₹35000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹25000 per semester
Mess charges are collected as an advance and adjusted monthly based on actual consumption. The mess offers a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, with dietary options for students with special requirements.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance programs to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Concessions: Students from SC/ST or PwD categories receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges.
- EWS Concessions: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 50% reduction in fees.
- MCM (Meritorious Class Merit) Scholarships: Top-performing students are awarded scholarships worth up to ₹50,000 per semester based on academic performance.
To apply for financial aid, students must submit the required documentation along with an application form available on the university website. Eligibility criteria are reviewed annually, and awards are given based on merit and need.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students can make payments through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or credit/debit cards. Payment deadlines must be adhered to avoid late fees.
If a student withdraws from the university, the refund policy applies:
- Before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Between 15-30 days of admission: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative fees
- After 30 days of admission: No refund is provided
Refunds are processed within 45 working days after submission of withdrawal forms and required documents.
