Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities at BAGULA MUKHI COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY are designed to offer a comfortable living environment for students. There are three types of rooms available:

  • Single Occupancy Room: ₹60,000 per semester
  • Double Occupancy Room: ₹40,000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹30,000 per semester

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle. Students are required to pay an advance of ₹30,000 at the beginning of each semester, which is adjusted against actual consumption during the term.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

To ensure accessibility for all deserving students, we provide various financial aid options:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees with partial concessions in hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession on tuition fees.

Eligibility for these benefits is determined based on income slabs and documentation submitted during admission. Applications must be made through the official portal with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, or disability certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees are to be paid online via net banking or credit/debit cards. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced:

  • First Installment: Before the start of the semester
  • Second Installment: Mid-semester

Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per day. Refunds are processed only in cases of withdrawal or transfer, subject to approval from the administration. The refund policy includes deductions for processing fees and any outstanding dues.
