Detailed Fee Components
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic resources, and administrative costs associated with the educational program. The tuition fee remains constant throughout the course duration.
Hostel Rent: Monthly charges for accommodation in campus hostels, categorized into different room types including single, double, and triple occupancy options.
Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly meal charges that are adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption. This ensures a smooth and predictable dining experience for students.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal annual fee collected to support students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their studies.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided by the college hospital, including consultations, medications, and emergency care.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports activities, fitness programs, and recreational facilities available on campus.
Examination Fees: Covers costs related to conducting end-of-semester exams, practical assessments, and evaluation processes.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel accommodation is divided into multiple categories based on room type and amenities. Single occupancy rooms cost INR 45,000 per semester, while double and triple occupancy options are priced at INR 40,000 and INR 35,000 respectively.
Mess billing follows a monthly system where students pay in advance for meals. Monthly mess charges vary between INR 25,000 to 30,000 depending on the meal plan chosen. Rebates are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or have special dietary requirements.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is provided through various scholarship schemes based on merit, economic status, and category-specific provisions. Eligibility criteria include:
- SC/ST/PwD: Income slab up to INR 2 lakh annually.
- EWS: Income slab up to INR 4 lakh annually.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): Income slab up to INR 3 lakh annually.
Applications for these schemes must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. Benefits include full or partial fee waivers, monthly stipends, and educational loans at subsidized interest rates.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking, debit/credit cards, or NEFT transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced with late fees of INR 500 per day applied after the due date. Students are advised to maintain accurate records of all transactions.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies apply according to university guidelines. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of necessary documents and approval from the administration.
