Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facilities are categorized into different room types:
- Single Occupancy Room (SOT): Rs. 4000/month
- Double Occupancy Room (DOT): Rs. 2500/month
- Triple Occupancy Room (TROT): Rs. 1800/month
The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle with advance payments required at the beginning of each month. Rebates are available for students who opt for certain meal plans or participate in hostel initiatives.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is provided through various scholarship schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial concessions on hostel charges
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and 25% concession on hostel charges
- MCM Category: 25% waiver on tuition fees and 10% concession on hostel charges
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and family background. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and Aadhaar card copies.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments must be made within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Defaulters are charged a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day beyond the deadline. Refunds are processed only after the completion of the academic year and upon verification of eligibility.
