Component Breakdown

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to all academic resources including lectures, seminars, practical sessions, and online learning platforms. It also includes access to libraries, laboratories, and research facilities.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges vary based on room type and amenities provided. Single occupancy rooms are available for 8,000 INR per semester, while shared accommodations range between 4,000 to 6,000 INR.

Mess Advance: Mess charges are collected in advance at the beginning of each semester and adjusted monthly based on consumption. The mess provides three meals daily with a diverse menu catering to various dietary preferences.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies, contributing towards welfare activities and social causes within the college community.

Medical Fees: Includes access to on-campus medical services, basic health checkups, and emergency care. Students are encouraged to maintain their health through regular screenings and preventive care programs.

Gymkhana Fees: Covers membership in sports clubs, gym facilities, fitness classes, and participation in inter-college tournaments. This encourages physical wellness and team-building among students.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting internal assessments, external examinations, result processing, and grade certification. These fees are collected once per semester for all subjects.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities offer both single and shared rooms with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot water supply, and 24/7 security. Room types include single occupancy, double occupancy, triple occupancy, and quad occupancy.

Mess billing operates on a monthly basis where students receive an advance bill at the start of each month based on consumption patterns. Rebates are available for students who consume less than the standard allowance or those from economically weaker sections.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available through various scholarship schemes targeting SC/ST/PwD, EWS, MCM, and other disadvantaged groups. Eligibility criteria include income slabs, caste certificates, disability certificates, and academic performance records.

The application process requires submission of relevant documents such as income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and mark sheets from qualifying exams. Scholarships are awarded based on merit, need, and specific eligibility requirements set by the college administration.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made before the specified deadline to avoid late fees. Students can pay online via net banking, debit/credit cards, or through mobile wallets. A late fee of 500 INR per day is applied for delayed payments beyond the due date.

The refund policy outlines procedures for withdrawal or transfer of students. Refunds are processed within 30 days upon verification of eligibility and submission of required documents. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing along with supporting evidence and official approvals from parents/guardians if applicable.
