Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made through NEFT/RTGS or credit/debit cards via the official payment gateway. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per day beyond the deadline.
If a student withdraws from the institution, the refund policy applies:
- Full refund if withdrawal occurs within one month of admission
- 70% refund if withdrawal occurs between one and three months
- No refund beyond three months
Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal application and all required documents.
