Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, library services, laboratory access, and academic resources for each semester.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus-hostels with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, study tables, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Mess Advance: A fixed amount paid upfront for meal expenses during the semester to ensure continuous food service without interruptions.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contributions towards scholarships, financial aid for meritorious students, and emergency support for underprivileged students.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided within campus clinics and emergency medical assistance.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We provide financial assistance to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through various schemes:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible students with income below Rs. 3 lakh per annum.
  • EWS Category: 50% discount on tuition fees for families with annual income between Rs. 3 lakh and Rs. 6 lakh.
  • MCM (Most Backward Class): Special concessions and reduced fees for students belonging to marginalized communities.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted online along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates if applicable.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through NEFT/RTGS or credit/debit cards via the official payment gateway. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per day beyond the deadline.

If a student withdraws from the institution, the refund policy applies:

  • Full refund if withdrawal occurs within one month of admission
  • 70% refund if withdrawal occurs between one and three months
  • No refund beyond three months

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal application and all required documents.
