Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid by the deadline mentioned in the academic calendar to avoid late fees and penalties. Late payments attract a fixed penalty of INR 500 per day until full payment is received.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal within 10 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
• Withdrawal between 10-30 days: 75% refund minus administrative charges
• Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund

All refunds are processed within 45 days of submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents.
