Mess advance is collected to ensure continuous food service during the semester. Student Benevolent Fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Medical fees cover basic healthcare services within the campus health center. Gymkhana fees support extracurricular activities and sports facilities. Examination fees are charged per subject for assessments and evaluations.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Beehive College offers modern hostel facilities with amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, 24/7 security, and recreational spaces. Room types vary from single occupancy to triple occupancy, each equipped with essential furniture and utilities.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, where students prepay for meals based on their dietary preferences. Rebate policies are available for students who do not use certain services or attend specific events. Additional charges may apply for special meal options or late dining.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The college provides financial assistance through various waiver and concession schemes. Eligibility criteria include income slabs, category-based concessions, and academic performance indicators. For instance, students from SC/ST/PwD backgrounds may receive up to 100% fee waivers, while EWS and MCM categories receive partial concessions.

Applications for scholarships must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documents. Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy ensures that students receive a prorated amount after deducting administrative charges and hostel fees.
