Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting semester exams, including exam hall rental, proctoring, and result processing. These fees are fixed per examination cycle.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel system offers multiple room types to accommodate diverse preferences and budgets:
- Single Room: INR 15000/month with private bathroom and individual study space.
- Double Room: INR 12000/month shared between two students with common bathroom facilities.
- Triple Room: INR 10000/month shared among three students, suitable for budget-conscious students.
Mess billing is based on the number of meals consumed per day. Students can opt for different meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or hybrid options. The mess charges are adjusted quarterly based on inflation and seasonal variations.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Beehive College recognizes the financial challenges faced by deserving students through various waiver and concession schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive up to 50% reduction in tuition fee. Full waiver is granted in exceptional cases based on income proofs.
- EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections get a 25% concession on tuition and hostel fees.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): These students receive full fee waivers along with additional support for books, stationery, and transportation.
To apply for financial aid, students must submit an application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The selection process involves verification by the finance committee and approval by the principal.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within 15 days of the commencement of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until the dues are cleared. Payment can be made through online banking, net banking, or credit/debit cards.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students may apply for refunds subject to certain conditions:
- Refund is processed within 30 days of application submission.
- Processing fees of 10% are deducted from the total refund amount.
- Students who have availed scholarships or fee waivers must return the benefits before receiving any refund.
The refund policy ensures transparency and fairness in handling student finances while maintaining institutional integrity.
