The fee structure for the Business Analytics program at Beehive College is designed to provide value through comprehensive education and support services. The total cost covers tuition, hostel accommodation, meals, academic resources, and additional facilities.

Fee Component Breakdown
Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to lectures, laboratory sessions, academic resources, and faculty support. It is fixed for the entire duration of the program and includes all core curriculum components.
Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided in well-maintained facilities with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security. The rent varies based on room type and is paid monthly.
Mess Advance: Mess advance covers meal expenses for the semester and is adjusted against actual consumption during the period. Students must pay an initial advance amount at the beginning of each semester.
Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students in need, covering emergency medical expenses and other unforeseen circumstances. Contributions are nominal but essential for maintaining student welfare.
Medical Fees: Includes access to on-campus medical facilities, preventive health check-ups, and basic healthcare services. Students can receive treatment at reduced costs through this facility.
Gymkhana Fees: Covers membership fees for gymnasiums, sports facilities, and recreational activities. Students have access to fitness centers, indoor games, and outdoor sports venues.
Examination Fees: Covers examination conduct, evaluation, and result processing. These fees are applicable once per semester for all subjects and assessments.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The college provides hostel accommodation in three categories: Single Room, Double Room, and Triple Room. Each category offers different amenities and pricing:
- Single Room: INR 60,000 per semester (includes Wi-Fi, AC, TV, and laundry services)
- Double Room: INR 50,000 per semester (includes Wi-Fi, AC, and laundry services)
- Triple Room: INR 40,000 per semester (includes Wi-Fi and basic amenities)
The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with different meal plans available:
- Standard Plan: Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for INR 30,000 per semester
- Premium Plan: Includes additional snacks and beverages for INR 35,000 per semester
Rebate policies are available for students who leave campus during certain periods or require special dietary arrangements. These rebates are calculated based on actual usage and approved by the hostel administration.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college offers various financial aid options to ensure accessibility and support for deserving students:
Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students with income below INR 2.5 lakhs per annum are eligible for full fee waivers
- EWS Category: Students with income between INR 2.5 lakhs and INR 5 lakhs receive 50% fee concession
- MCM Category: Students with income below INR 1.5 lakhs receive 75% fee concession
Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, financial need, and performance in competitive examinations.
Application Process
Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents including income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and academic transcripts. Applications are reviewed by the scholarship committee and decisions are communicated within 15 days.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines: All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per day beyond the deadline.
Payment Methods: Fees can be paid online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Cash payments are not accepted except at designated counters for specific transactions.
Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
- Withdrawal within 15 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal after 15 days but before semester commencement: 80% refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal after semester commencement: No refund unless due to exceptional circumstances
Refunds are credited to the student's bank account within 30 working days of submission of withdrawal request and supporting documents.
