The total fee for the B.Tech Finance program at BHABHA MANAGEMENT RESEARCH INSTITUTE is structured as follows:

Fee Components Explanation

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, and academic resources.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus dormitories with shared amenities.
• Mess Advance: Prepayment for meals during the semester.
• Student Benevolent Fund: A contribution towards student welfare activities.
• Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services available on campus.
• Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and recreational facilities.
• Examination Fees: For conducting semester-end exams and assessments.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can opt for different room types in our hostels:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 35,000/year
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000/year
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 35,000/year

The mess billing system includes:

• Breakfast: INR 100/day
• Lunch: INR 150/day
• Dinner: INR 120/day

Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of the mess system or those with specific dietary requirements.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer various financial assistance options:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver based on income slabs.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession for students with annual income below INR 4 lakh.
• MCM Category: 25% discount for married children of employees in government organizations.

Application process requires submission of relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid by the specified deadlines each semester:

• Late Fee: 5% penalty per month on unpaid fees.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the institution, subject to a deduction of administrative charges and pending dues.
