Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines
All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1000 per day beyond the deadline, with a maximum cap of INR 10000.
Late Fee Calculation
Late fees are calculated automatically after the deadline and must be paid alongside the original fee amount. Payment modes accepted include net banking, debit/credit card, and NEFT.
Refund Rules
In case of withdrawal or discontinuation of studies, a refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal within 30 days: Full refund of tuition fee minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal after 30 days but before 60 days: Refund of 75% of tuition fee.
- Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund is granted.
