Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facility is equipped with modern amenities including air-conditioned rooms, Wi-Fi connectivity, common areas, and 24/7 security. Students can choose between single occupancy rooms and shared accommodations based on availability and preference.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with charges calculated based on the number of meals consumed. Students receive meal vouchers or digital access codes to facilitate seamless transactions.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We recognize the financial challenges faced by many students and offer several financial aid options:
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Awarded to top-performing students in academics and extracurricular activities. Eligibility criteria include a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or above.
- Need-Based Concessions: Available for students from economically weaker sections with income below specified slabs. Income slabs are defined as follows: Below ₹2,00,000/year for SC/ST/PwD, Below ₹3,00,000/year for OBC-NCL, Below ₹4,00,000/year for General.
- MCM Concessions: Merit-cum-Means Caste-based concessions for students belonging to MCM categories. Eligibility requires proof of income and caste certificate.
Applications for these financial aids must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts. The process is reviewed annually by the finance committee.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are to be made through NEFT/RTGS or debit/credit cards via our official portal. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline. Students must complete payment within 7 days of receiving the bill.
In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Full refund is possible only if withdrawal occurs before the start of the academic year.
- If withdrawn after the commencement of the semester, a refund of 80% of tuition fee and hostel charges is applicable after deducting administrative expenses.
- No refund is granted for mess advance or other one-time charges unless explicitly stated in the policy.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days upon submission of all necessary documents. All fees are non-refundable if the student fails to complete the course due to academic misconduct or disciplinary actions.
