The fee structure for the Electronics program at Bishamber Sahai Diploma Engineering College is comprehensive and includes all essential components required for a well-rounded educational experience.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Students can opt for different room types based on their budget and preferences:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 20,000/year
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 15,000/year
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 10,000/year

Mess advance is collected annually and adjusted against monthly mess bills. Students can choose from various meal plans based on their dietary requirements.

Fee Waivers & Concessions

The college offers several financial assistance programs for deserving students:

• Full fee waiver for SC/ST/PwD candidates with valid certificates
• 50% fee concession for EWS category students with annual income below INR 8 lakhs
• Full fee waiver for MCM (Children of Martyrs or Serving Personnel)

Applications for these benefits must be submitted along with supporting documents. The selection committee reviews applications based on income slabs and other qualifying criteria.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment procedures are straightforward, with options for online payment through UPI, net banking, or credit/debit cards. Late fees are charged at 5% per month on overdue amounts.

The refund policy allows students to withdraw from the program within 10 days of admission without any deduction. After this period, refunds are processed according to college rules and regulations.
