Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel facilities at Brd College are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. Rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy options, each offering varying levels of comfort and amenities.
Single rooms come with individual study desks, wardrobes, and internet connectivity. Double rooms share common areas but provide similar comforts. Triple and quad rooms accommodate multiple students while maintaining a clean and organized living space.
The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, where students pay in advance for meals. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a diverse range of vegetarian options. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request.
Rebate policies are available for students who do not utilize the mess facilities during certain periods. These rebates are calculated based on actual usage and can be applied to subsequent months or refunded at the end of the academic year.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated accounts. Payment deadlines are clearly communicated at the beginning of each semester, usually within one week after the start of classes.
Late payments incur a nominal penalty of INR 500 per day until full payment is received. Students who fail to pay within two weeks may face suspension from classes.
Refunds are processed in accordance with university regulations. Withdrawals must be approved by the concerned authorities, and refunds are typically credited back to the student's account within 30 days of submission of required documents. Refund amounts are subject to deductions for administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
