Tuition Fee

Mess Advance

Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies, ensuring they can continue their education without disruption.

Medical Fees

Gymkhana Fees

Hostel & Mess Charges

• Single Room: INR 60,000 per semester
• Double Room: INR 45,000 per semester
• Triple Room: INR 30,000 per semester

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students are required to pay an advance amount that covers expected expenses for the month. The final bill is adjusted based on actual consumption.

Rebate policies allow students who do not consume meals regularly to receive partial refunds. These policies ensure fairness and transparency in billing practices.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Brd College offers several financial assistance schemes for deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fee

Eligibility criteria for these schemes are based on income slabs and category certificates. Students must submit relevant documents during the application process to avail of these benefits.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through bank transfers. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day until the due date is met.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completion. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of the withdrawal form and supporting documents.

Students are advised to keep copies of all transactions for future reference. The finance office maintains detailed records of all payments and refunds for audit purposes.
