Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The mess is managed by professional catering services that ensure balanced nutrition and dietary variety.
Rebate policies are available for students who attend classes regularly or participate in extracurricular activities. These rebates can reduce the overall mess bill by up to 20%.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Brd College provides multiple financial aid options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD: 100% fee waiver upon submission of valid certificates and proof of income below INR 2.5 lakh/year.
- EWS: 50% concession for students with family income between INR 2.5 lakh and INR 5 lakh/year.
- MCM: 50% discount for children of employees working in the college or affiliated institutions.
The application process involves submitting relevant documents through the official portal, followed by verification by the financial aid committee.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made online via the college’s payment gateway. Late fees are calculated at 2% per month on overdue amounts.
If a student withdraws from the program, refund procedures are governed by the following rules:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund of tuition and hostel charges minus a processing fee of INR 500.
- Withdrawal after 15 days: Refund of 80% of tuition and hostel charges, with no refund for mess fees or other components.
- Withdrawal during mid-semester: Refund is prorated based on the number of weeks attended.
The refund is processed within 30 working days after submission of all required documents and approval from the administration.
