Payment Deadlines

Refund Rules

If students withdraw from the program, refunds are processed according to the following rules:

• Withdrawal before 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges of ₹10,000.
• Withdrawal between 15-30 days: Refund of 75% of paid fees minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal after 30 days: Refund of 50% of paid fees minus administrative charges.

Refunds are processed within 60 working days from the date of withdrawal application submission. Students must ensure that all dues including hostel rent, mess advance, and examination fees are settled before processing refunds.
