- Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly charges for meals at the university's central mess facility.

- Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and recreational activities within the campus.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers multiple hostel options with varying amenities:
- Single Occupancy Room: INR 30,000/year for a private room with attached bathroom.
- Double Occupancy Room: INR 25,000/year for shared accommodation with common bathroom facilities.
- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 20,000/year for triple sharing with communal bathrooms.
The mess billing system is integrated with the hostel management software. Students pay a monthly advance of INR 5,000, which is adjusted against actual consumption. Rebates are available for students who opt for vegetarian meals or those with disabilities.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides various financial aid options to ensure accessibility:
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Offered to top performers in entrance exams, with up to 100% waiver on tuition fees.
- Need-Based Aid: Available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, covering partial or full tuition fees based on income slabs.
- PwD Concessions: Students with disabilities receive 50% discount on hostel rent and full waiver on examination fees.
- EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 25% reduction in total fees for two consecutive years.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): Full waiver on tuition fees for first-year students from minority communities.
Applications for financial aid are submitted online via the university portal, and eligibility is verified through documentation such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability reports.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made through net banking, debit/credit cards, or NEFT transfers. Deadlines are strictly enforced:
- Payment Deadline: Fees must be paid within 15 days of the start of each semester.
- Late Fee: INR 500 per day after the deadline until full payment is made.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed for students who withdraw from the university within 30 days of admission. After this period, refunds are subject to approval and may be reduced based on usage of services.
