Fee Structure
The total fee for the MBA program at Dayananda Sagar University is INR 15,00,000 for the entire two-year duration. This includes tuition fees, hostel charges, mess fees, and other recurring expenses. Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers three types of hostel accommodations:

- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 60,000 per semester for shared rooms with three beds and communal facilities.
Mess charges are fixed at INR 30,000 per semester, covering daily meals. The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with deductions made from student accounts. Rebates are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial aid options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees with partial concession on hostel charges based on income slabs.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges for eligible students.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% waiver on tuition fees with no concessions on hostel charges.
Eligibility criteria include annual family income below specified thresholds, proof of residence, and academic merit. Applications must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments are to be made online via net banking or credit/debit cards. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per day beyond the deadline. The refund policy allows for partial refunds in case of withdrawal from the program before the completion of the first semester.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal form and verification of documents. Students must submit a written request along with a copy of their admission letter, refund application, and any other required documentation to the finance department.
