Rebate Policies

Students who are absent from campus due to valid reasons such as illness, family emergencies, or academic commitments may be eligible for rebates:

• For medical leave exceeding 7 days: 50% rebate on hostel and mess charges
• For family emergencies: Full rebate on hostel charges with partial rebate on mess charges
• For academic leave: 100% rebate on hostel charges with no rebate on mess charges

• Withdrawal beyond 30 days: No refund except in exceptional cases approved by the administration

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of withdrawal form and necessary documents.
