  • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with shared amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security.
  • Mess Advance: Covers food expenses for the semester. Meals are served in a hygienic environment with balanced nutrition, including vegetarian options.
  • Student Benevolent Fund: A small contribution towards student welfare activities, cultural events, and support services.
  • Medical Fees: Covers basic medical check-ups, health insurance, and emergency care during the academic year.
  • Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities including sports, clubs, and recreational programs that enhance student development.
  • Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations, including evaluation and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides comfortable hostel accommodations for students. Room types include:

  • Single Occupancy Room: INR 40,000 per semester
  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester

Mess charges are inclusive of three meals daily and are collected at the beginning of each semester. Rebate policies are available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds or those who qualify under special categories.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is provided through various schemes:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or persons with disabilities. Income slabs: Below INR 1 lakh annually.
  • EWS Category: 50% discount on tuition fees for economically weaker sections. Income slabs: Between INR 1 lakh and INR 2 lakhs annually.
  • MCM Category: 25% discount on all fees for mothers of children under five years old. Eligibility criteria include proof of motherhood and income verification.

To apply for any fee concession or scholarship, students must submit relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), disability certificates, and identity proofs to the finance department.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 7 days of admission. Late payment attracts a penalty of INR 1000 per day until full payment is received.

Refunds are processed under specific conditions:

  • Students who withdraw from the program before the start of the semester will receive a refund minus administrative charges of INR 5000.
  • Withdrawal after one month of enrollment results in no refund unless due to compelling reasons such as migration or medical emergencies verified by official documentation.
  • Transfer requests are considered only after formal approval from the university authorities and may involve additional processing fees.
