  • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with common facilities such as study halls, gyms, and recreational spaces.
  • Mess Advance: Paid monthly to cover food expenses at campus cafeterias. The amount varies based on room type and meal preferences.
  • Student Benevolent Fund: A voluntary contribution towards supporting financially disadvantaged students and organizing cultural events.
  • Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services, including consultations with doctors, medicines, and emergency care.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various room types to accommodate students based on their preferences and budget. These include single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and study desks.

Mess billing is done monthly, with different meal plans available for students. The system allows for easy customization of meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences. Rebates are provided in case of temporary absences due to illness or travel.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial assistance options to deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for 100% fee waiver if income is below Rs. 2 lakh per annum.
  • EWS Category Students: Eligible for 50% fee concession if income is between Rs. 2 lakh and Rs. 4 lakh.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): Receive a 25% discount on tuition fees upon verification of documents.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards. The process is reviewed by the financial aid committee every semester.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 7 days of issuing the payment slip. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day, up to a maximum of Rs. 5,000. Students who fail to pay on time may face suspension from classes.

Refunds are processed in case of withdrawal or transfer from the university. The refund policy stipulates that 80% of the fees paid will be refunded after deducting administrative charges and any applicable penalties.
